Production Process
Aluminum frames are cut from 6063T5 alloy in a variety of extrusion profile.Each profile offers unique characteristics to
accommodate different machine specification as we as overall strength requirements for high tension frames and extra large frame.Some of the extrusions can be "pre-shaped" to handle higher tension.

Stretched with top quality monofilament polyester mesh(low elongation and high tension,mesh count available from
15mesh--420mesh(made in China):
25-40 mesh for glitter inks,60-90 mesh for shimmers inks and thick white under base,
110 mesh mostly popular for light colors such as white,
160 mesh is best for darker colors such as black.Holds more details than 110 mesh but less ink will pass through. 200-230 mesh,ink may need to be reduced.Holds high details,
230-305 mesh are mostly used for super fine details,half tones and CMYK process prints.
