1. Feature

1.1    This machine is designed for processing round holes, slots, keyhole etc on aluminum profile, 

window door and curtain wall industry, it is also suitable for processing milling, chamfering and other 

procedure.

1.2    Adopting high-power closed loop spindle servo motor, it was directly connected with the 

Taiwan high-precision mechanical spindle. 

1.3    Using the latest Taiwan 10.4 inch display screen, 21MA SYNTEC servo control system.  After 

power outages, it can continue processing when have electric power. This machine have professional 

CAM processing software.

1.4    Using the disc type blades storage, 16 blades capacity, only need 3 seconds for changing blade, 

greatly improved the efficiency of changing blades.

1.5    Adopting famous high-precision ball screw, rail and rack.

1.6    Double position design, putting on and taking down profile separately without stop, have much 

higher processing efficiency.

1.7    Centralization lubrication adopt intermittent supply system, Blades adopt system control spray 

pump cooling device.

1.8    Equipped automatic memory on blades device system.

1.9    The main electrical parts: circuit breakers, AC contactor are all SCHNEIDER brand.

1.10   The main components adopt steel structure and they are all through aging treatment.
