1) 10000 mm high precision surface grinder, 10000 mm gantry type nc boring and milling machine, which can fully meet all kinds of plastic products within 10 m (including 10 m), extrusion die in the range of ply δ= 0.005-100 mm and complete equipment of plastic mashinery.
2) Mainly fit for the manufacture of single-layer, double-layer and multi-layer of plastic materials like PVC, PS, OPP, PO, PP, PE, EVA, PC, TPU, PUB, PVUD, etc.
3)These series are mainly used to produce cast film (stretch film, wrapping film), and fresh-keeping film.
4)The production of the film has viscosity on one side or both sides which can be widely used in packaging of building materials, hardware accessories, etc.
5)The screw and its canister are made of 38CrNoALA alloy and nitrogen processed. They are of high hardness, strong erosion resistance and endurance.
6)Advanced automatic control system for temperature control, T type die adopts multi-point adjustment, so that ensures a more uniform thickness of membrane material.
7)Recycled water cooling device supplies good cooling effect.
8)Rolling device adopts the friction-type winding, and equipped with edge-cutting devices and remaining recycle device makes the film rolled more neatly.
