Candle Powder Wax Machine: Milling Machine

 

This product is made up of wax tank, drum and so on, we use stainless steel as material, so it won't rust for long time touching with wax. It is maily used to make liquid wax like paraffin wax, palm wax, stearic acid of candle material into powder for pressing candle. In a room below 25C, liquid wax is sparayed out through nozzles on sparaying bars, cold water is in the interlayer of drum, during dropping and wehn touching the drum, liquid wax cool down and freeze. When drum moves to the blade, wax powder will be transferred inside the drum for fully cooling by shaker and board, after fully cooling, wax powder dropped into wax powder tank. Adding heating oil in the interlayer of wax tank in order to keep liquid wax temperature. This product can be used by areas with different temperature, little space needed and easy operating are its characteristic. There are two types: one is 400-500kg/h and the other is 800-900kg/h. You can choose based on your own situation.
