Fiberglass Rock Bolt Making Machine is made by fiberglass yarn racks, resin tanks and pre-formation, winding equipment, temperature control systerm, traction equipment, auto-cutting, resin recycling, and control cabinet.

 

1)  Fiberglass yarn rocks

It is used fro set the fiberglass yarn and control the way of yarn, keep the yarn tie a knot, make the manufacture goes well.

 

 

 

2) Resin tanks and pre-formation:
They can make the fiberglass yarn have a totally impregnation and control the way of the yarn's working, making a preformation for the products.

 

 

 

3) The winding machine can control the distance and depth of screw, it drived by two 1.5kw motors.

 

 

 

4) The temperature control systerm can use control the heat temperature, make the rebar have totally solidify, with 28kw power.

 

5) The traction equipment can pull our product in a special temperature, with a 5.5kw power motor.

 

 

 

6) The auto cutting equipment can cut into short length based on the needs. with a 1.2kw power motor.

 

7) The control cabinet is monitor to the total running of the rebar/rock bolts machine.
