Features 

ACHI IR6500 is the latest BGA rework station made by ACHI factory,and it still uses advanced dark infrared technology with very competitive price. It updated much from ACHI IR 6000.

 

Below is the details:

 

1.A tempering glass is added above ACHI IR 6500 bottom heater which can make the heat distribute evenly and improve reworking efficiency. 

 

2.ACHI IR6500 uses advanced OMEGA K type thermocouple and the temperature detection is much more accurate.

 

3.RS232 is changed into plug and use USB connector , which is very convinient to connected with computer or notebook.

 

4.ACHI IR6500 is added an emergency power switch, which can stop the working machine automatically in time when the machine short circuit happens.

5. ACHI IR6500 was equipped with 4  pieces jig, which can help to fix the mainboard more easily.

 

 

Introduction:

1. You can use it in broad area such as notebook,desktop, switch and also XBOX360, PS3 and other area SMD reworking if you own one.

2. It is ideal for welding and reworking of CBGA, CCGA, CSP, QFN, MLF, PGA and  all the green epoxy type μBGA.

3. It has Large top heating area, it makes CPU block, Various shield cover and component slot repair much more easier.

4. ACHI IR6500 gets over the problem of ir rework station heating slowly and disorderly caused by the air flow.It is with dark infrared technology, the temperature ups quicker and steadily,which can let the desoldering process finish about only 5 minutes.

5. ACHI IR6500 BGA rework station can also easy deal with the lead free soldering. The max temperature can up to 400 °C.

6. ACHI IR6500 can be connected to computer or notebook with USB interface and can be controlled by the IRSOFT temperature software. it can set up 8 rising temperature segments and 8 constant temperature segments to control. It can store 10 groups of temperature profiles at one time.

7. ACHI IR6500 is with contact  temperature sensor, it can capture the accurate BGA temperature at any time. And when soldering finished, it will alert you.
