Model HRS-150H Heightening digital display Rockwell hardness tester is designed to test large size specimen, the highest size of specimen can be up to 400mm, so it enlarges the using range. It features easy operation, high testing accuracy and no human opperation error.  The hardness value can be displayed on the large LCD screen after the tester compltes the loading, dwelling and unloading automatically, so it avoids the human's reading value error. Wide testing range is the remarkable character compared with traditional Rockwell hardness tester.

 

Precision conforms to the Standards of GB/T 230.2, ISO 6508-2 and ASTM E18

 

It's suitable to determine the Rockwell hardness of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and non-metal materials. It can be widely applied in the Rockwell hardness testing for heat treatment materials, such as quenching, hardening and tempering, etc.
