Bidirectional Wafer Separator


Bidirectional wafer separator has two groups of conveyor chain (or belt) of independent drive. It can simultaneously transmit glass sheet to both single side and double sides. There is a sub-wheel set between two groups of conveyor chain, in order to hold up large glass sheet


When turning direction to transmit ±450mm. There are some main performances as following: Maximal declination seperating    ±450mm 


Roller-conveyor's length          6000mm

Conveyor chains up-and-down    ±20mm


Shortest seperating period       8 seconds (one-side wafer)


Cross Wafer Separator


    Cross wafer separator device consists there parts: conveyor, belt conveyor and lifter. Working principle: for normal operating, belt conveyor is under the upper surface of conveyor's roller. When glass sheet arrives the top of belt conveyor, conveyors roller will stop turning.Then belt conveyor uplifts(about 1 second, 230mm) and transmits glass sheet to branch linconveyor. At the same time, the next group of glass sheet on mainline will pass under belt conveyor and transmit to the end of mainline, fullfilling the function of cross conveying.Cross direction-turning device has higher effeciency than ordinary direction-tuirning conveyor. It can efficiently solve the problem of fast speed,which is caused when the float line with large tons produces small type ot glass. Each cross direction-turning device can separate about I/3 glass sheet. There are some main performances as following:


 


Cross direction-turning device: length 4800mm,width 5200mm


Belt conveyor up-and-down distance: -20~+210mm(equal to the upper roller of branch line conveyor )


Wafers period: 12 seconds (cross direction-turning device on glass sheet: 4.8 seconds; bell conveyor uplifting; 1 second, belt conveyor transmiting glass sheet: 5.2 seconds; bell conveyor going down: 1 second; linear velocity at high speed area: 1m/s)


Drive:Conveyor uses bevel gear drive; Belt conveyor uses universal shaft,belt drive.
