Teenwin 200m3/d biogas flow integrated biogas scrubber with gas compressor is mainly used to remove H2S gas and impurities in biogas. 

The desulfurization is by the internal loading with desulfurizer, to remove hydrogen sulphide.

In aspect of purification performance and operation, it is on reasonable structure, small resistance of bed layer, high desulfurization purification degree, convenient technological operation, high breakthrough sulfur capacity, strong installation site adaptable, no secondary pollution, simple and quick installation and so on. 

The desulfurizer used in the desulfurization purification equipment is a kind of efficient cleanser, the main active component is iron oxide, add other accelerator processing into.

And even in conditions of anaerobic without ammonia etc, it also can remove hydrogen sulphide with the high precision, and it has certain effect in removal of thiol organic sulfur and most of nitrogen oxides.

Porosity: 50-60%

Strength: more than 50.0 N/cm (side pressure)

The main reaction principle of desulfurization

(1) Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=Fe2S3.H2O+3H2O 

(2) Fe2O3.H2O+3H2S=2FeS+S+4H2O 

Desulfurizer alkaline, reaction according to (1) type to the right. 

When the desulfurization become acidic, reaction is according to (2) type.

If the desulfurization purification equipment export gas, H2S gas content more than the requirements value, the desulfurizer should be replaced to ensure the normal use of ferric oxide desulfurizer; Favorable for normal operation work of the desulfurization purification equipment.
