30% advance payment by T/T for order confirmation, 70% balance by T/T after running test at UTOPLAS factory
and before container loading.
Question 4: How many days is the term of delivery?
30-40 days after receiving the advance payment at the account.
Question 5: How about the Package?

Question 6: How about the after-sales service?

a. The Seller will send 1 or 2 technician to the Buyer’s factory for machine Installation. The Working day will be 7 days. 1-2 days is for installing the machine, and 5 days for teaching your worker to use the machine and some issues to solve the normal machine problems.
b. The Seller offers one year Quality Guarantee of the machines to the Buyer.
c. After 365 days guarantee, if you have problems, please tell us. We will reply you by email or whatsapp immediately. We will send you a video until you solve the problem. How many certifications do you get, and what are they? CE certificate. Our machine is meet the CE standard. With good quality.
b. The Seller offers one year Quality Guarantee of the machines to the Buyer.
