● Electronic control twin jacquard heads. The utilized of electronic controlled fabricon upper, middle, and lower shedding can satisfy with special need of tape.
● Adopting multi-arm connecting rod for higher hooks of jacquard loom.
● Jacquard head is made of high-strength, high toughness alloy material. lmported CNC processing, high precision, light weight, small load,and cool dowm quickly to guarantee its high-speed and running smoothly.
● Jacquard comber board and harness cord are imported from Switzerland & Japan.
● New control system, high compatibility, increased memory storage, which can store 16 patterns, and the pattern up to 10000 weft.
● Belt weft feeding system makes stable and accurate yarn feeding, easy to adjust the quantity of yarns.
● Using USB for data transfer, convenient, fast, stable and USB.
● Dual-speed motor to make adjustment of machine easier.
● Great compatibility to match various software with JC5 system for data entering.
● Using automatic lubrication system on machine, easy to maintain and noise-free during operation.
● Using LCD screen to protect the screen with good anti-interference and extend the lifespan.
● Optional variety of special devices to match production of different products.
● Automatic memorizing funtion to ensure the quality of tapes to reduce rejection rate.
