ZYRW4030 is a professional glass bending Machine, which is equipped with 2 champers. In that case, it is able to have one champer for heating while another one be able to install the moulds and loading the glass, or working for cooling with a temperature requested. The heating components are distributed properly for adjusting the temperature in order to meet different needs, the inspecting system is combined with several windows, so that could observing the whole bending procedure. The furnace is able to process glass with thickness 3-25mm, the glass can be bent for many different shapes by means of apply different moulds, and the moulds can be processed by client easily.

Trading Terms:

Delivery: 50 working days after receipt of the down payment

Packing: suitable for ocean container

Shipping: container by sea

Payment: 30% down payment, 70% would be done when ready to ship

Guarantee: 12 months (by means of replace parts)

Installation: 1) client installs the machine by self; 2) we send the technician for installation, but the client has to pay all the traveling costs and the charge 150USD/people/day.

The edging and beveling machines are controlled by Mitsubishi PLC with a touch screen, which offer friendly and actuate control system; unique photoelectricity design on the machine, which shows the working status of wheels (when the glass come to the wheel, it will flash the light, so you will know if the wheel works as usual), beautiful metal sheets works design with plastic spraying for painting makes a perfect out like, which will bring more confidence to you when your customers take visit at your factory.
