6. When customer make order to us, we will make sure the paper core information, box information, packing information with customer. When get the deposit, we then begin to produce and take photo to customer, and show the produce details to customer.
7. When begin to finish the goods. We will tell customer to book the container.
8. When load the container, we will offer copy BL, then the customer may pay the 70% balance. And we also will tell customer when the container arrive the port.
9. The last one, when customer get the goods. We will ask customer to make sure the quantity and quality. If have problems, take us photo. We will reply it asap.
