Structure:

It mainly consists of roller,rack,backplane,adjustment device,transmission system,roller temperature control device,security device,lubricating device.

Feature:

Roller: is made of Chilled Cast Iron alloys,whose work surface has high hardness,wear-resistance and durable life.

Rollers' gap adjustment: manual or electric mode

Roller bearings' lubrication:  dry oil or thin oil by manual or electric mode

Bearing bush: nylon sleeve,copper sleeve or double row spherical roller bearing

Motor: ordinary or frequency motor

Reducer: hard tooth surface reducer

Applications:This machine is mainly used for both natural and synthetic rubber's plasticating,mixing,warming and sheeting.

Processing: Thermal mixing of batches and finish squashing.  Also it can be used for plastic industry and pigment industry as subsidiary application (PVC).
