   Vacuum Brazed Profile Wheel diamond router bits for cnc machine

 

 

1) It is used for shaping the edge or curve line for various granite and marble on router machine.

 

2) With special diamond brazing technology,diamond is firmly brazed onto the steel body,which makes its cutting efficiency higer,working life longer,cost lower and performance higher.

 

3) Vacuum brazed router bit is grinding in alomost half of time of sintered bond router bits.

Since they never lose their shape,they can be used as Pos,2# to correct the profiles made by a worn out sintered bond router bit.Sometimes,they are also capable of the agreesive work as Pos.1#.

 

4) These bits come with three grit sizes:Coarse,Middle and Fine.The spindle thread is M10 or M8.And the thickness is available from 5mm to 50mm.

 

Application: Stone(granite, limestone, marble, brick, masonry), Concrete, Steel, Duction Iron, Brick, Wood etc.
