Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?
A: We are a factory specialized in producing all kind of kitchen accessories and enjoy more than 10 years .
Q2. What is your terms of payment? A: Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery? A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q4. How about your delivery time? A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we can supply existing sample for free , but the customer need to respond for the freight .
Q6. Can you offer OEM/ODM sample?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, for function test,we have 100% test before delivery and for material test, it requested by the customer.

Q9: Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A: Our factory is located in No.1 Filed of Pingjiao Industrial Area, Yangjiang, Guangdong, China (Mainland). You can fly to Guangzhou airport directly and take the direct bus to Yangjiang station and then we will pick you up .All our clients are warmly welcome to visit our factory !
