How to choose suitable cold welding machine?

1. Casting iron parts, nonferrous metal parts welding/ repairing, choose ESD (electrical spark deposition) cold welding machine; (our machine model XKS-01, XKS-02, SZ-3000, SZ-08).

2. Casting steel parts, precise work pieces welding/ repairing, choose precise cold welding machine/ intimate laser welding machine. (Our machine model SZ-1200, SZ-1100).

3. Soldering / welding together: only for stainless steel, steel, and aluminum sheets, choose precise cold welding machine/ intimate laser welding machine. (Our machine model SZ-1200, SZ-1100).

4. Weld mould flat surface wear out, oversize/dimension out of tolerance, choose model SZ-1200 or TXKS07-3.

COMMON WELDING WIRE/ ELECTRODE USED IN COLD WELDING MACHINE:

750E: Nickel alloy cold cast iron wire, mainly used for repairing nodular cast iron, grey cast iron and ordinary cast iron work pieces.

Copper alloy:  suitable for copper products repair, and aluminum mold, aluminum wheels and all kinds of aluminum products repair.

700T: Nickel cast steel welding wire is low temperature resistance cast steel welding wire/electrode, mainly used for welding /soldering the engine and higher casting steel component parts.

SKD11: Weld cold working steel, stamping die, hard cutting tool and high hardness surface work pieces. This welding wire/electrode has high hardness, wear resistance and high toughness.

H13-8407: Zinc, aluminum and other non-ferrous die casting metals, also can be used for hot forging or stamping mould, can weld hot punch rolling groove, cutting knife, etc.

C12: Weld repairs blanking die, cold forming dies, cold die, etc.

S50C: Weld steel mechanical parts of medium carbon steel welding, after welding hardness is not too high, there will be no stomata, can do milling.

SKD-61: Welding aluminum, zinc die-casting, aluminum and copper heat hot die, forging die, copper aluminum die-casting mould, etc.

MLK-SCM-29: Suitable for welding nickel chromium iron alloy steel, and other nickel alloy steel.

MLK-CU-63:Suitable for welding electrolysis, copper alloy, steel, bronze, cast iron, general copper parts, etc.
