Q1: What is your MOQ of escalator?
A: Our escalator MOQ is 1 set.
Q2: Can I visit factory before placing escalator order?
A: Yes, it is very great to visit our factory first.
Q3. What is the Payment Terms?
A: Via T/T.
Deposit: 50% of total contract amount within 3 days after the contract day;
Balance: 50% of total contract amount within 3 days before the shipment.
Q4. If your engineer come to our country to fix the escalator and do some training, how much will it cost?
A: The cost mainly contains the cost of round-trip flight tickets, board and lodging as well as visa fee. Staff cost is normally 100USD/day/person. But it will depend on a large equipment or installation and debugging of the complete elevator or escalator.
