Q1. How do I get the product that I exactly want?
A: (1)Firstly, we will learn client’s need, so be patient to answer the questions raised by the
         manufacturer to learn the needs and requirements better.
         -Specify if the pylon are illuminated or non-illuminated
         -Technical drawing of the pylon sign. If no technical drawing available, send us the
         picture of the pylon sign with detailed size information including the height, width
         and depth the sign.

(2) After the approval of the design and price of the product, we will move to make a
     sample/prototype for client’s evaluation before mass production. When the sample
     is approved by the client, it will be the quality standard with which the quality
     of the mass production must accord.

(3) Quality assurance: A sound quality control system: Our quality control system has been
     evaluated and approved by world 500 top companies such as Shell, Total, Audi,
     Starbuck etc.. Particularly, we have been the global supplier of Shell and Total
     in 1998 and 2008 respectively.

Q2. What are the turnaround times for production?
A: We pride ourselves on making sure we meet your deadlines, while producing the highest
     quality product. Depending on the type and complexity of the job, turnaround times can
     vary. Once we receive your order, we must complete the research, design and
     estimation process. Once all approvals are received, we will finish your project on time
