How to do:

Luminous ceramics were prepared using dry and wet methods,due to wet printing making luminous ceramic easy blistering,so it isn't use so much in practical application.so we only introduce dry preparation of luminous ceramic.

Dry preparation of luminous ceramic:

1. First,choose the appropriate Glow in the dark Pigment, Juliang company for preparation of ceramics productions have:JPG-394,JPG-384,JPB-384,JPA-384.

2.Fully blended the above types of Glow in the dark Pigment and dry granular of ceramic glaze(dry granular requiremnets:the best particle size is 100-200).The proportion of Glow in the dark Pigment is 10-20%,it's can not contact with iron when it blending.so choose glass or plastic container.

3.Use the mixed luminous glaze with 80 mesh of screen mesh to printing on ceramic,general printing 2-3 times will be better.At least,spread a layer of transparent dry granular on surface,after firing,the surface effect will be better.

4. Pay attention to these problems when firing:First,in the low temperature zone,the firing time is longer than the ordinary ceramic;In the high temperature zone, the firing time is shorter than the ordinary ceramic.And then,to avoid damage the luminous
intensity of luminous powder that the temperature of the fire should be no more than 1150 degrees.
