1.Wide production range,we could get it to pellet from biomass we could find now such as wood chips, pine, bamboo, peanut shell, rice husk and straw.

2. The density of the pellet could be 1100 kg/m³.

3. Please ensure the max length of the biomass material is less than the diameter of the

nib. For example, the diameter of the nib is 6mm, the diameter of sawdust could not be

longer than 6mm.

4. Please make sure the moisture of the material is 10%-18%, different material, different moisture requirement. For example, pine has got more lignose and sugar,themoisture could be lower, opposite, the moisture should be higher.

5.Compression ratio of the nib. As the different material has different stacking density and lignose, the nib should be adjusted to get the best molding result. We have done more experiments to get the more suitable current die specification. For general material, it should be the best , butwe could adjust the compression ratio according to the material if the customer hasgot the low production.

1.Raw Material Preparation: Test and control the moisture content to appropriate value.

2. Start the pellet mill and let the machine warming up for a few minutes. During pelletizing process, heat is needed to melt the in the and material then the will help bonding the dust materials into pellets.

3. Place a large box under the chute of the pellet mill to gather finished pellets.

4. Feed the manually into the hopper of the pellet mill and wait for pellets falling into the large box.

5. Leave the pellets in the box to cool for a few minutes. Then you can put them in bags and store them somewhere dry.

Q1. Why the sawdust pellets I made are mushy?

Qualified sawdust pellets should be hard and shiny. If your pellets are mushy, it probably is because your sawdust material is too wet. Try to dry it a little and try again.

Q2. Why My Pellets are Crumbly?

If the moisture content of sawdust is too low, the finial pellets will have crumbly problems.

Add some water into the sawdust with a spray bottle and mix evenly before feeding it into

the pellet making machine.

Q3. How should I know The Moisture Is Correct for Pelletizing?

When make pellets with a sawdust pellet mill for the first time, take one or two tries to get

a sense of the right amount of moisture required.
