Advantage:the main stocking line system is mainly used to convey feed from the forage tower into the hopper of the feeding line and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

2.Automatic pan feeding system:

Component:Chicken disk type automatic feeding system consists of a driving device.a hopper ,a conveying pipe,an auger,trays,a suspension lifting device,an anti-perching device and a material level sensor.

Fuction:The main function of the system is to convey feed from the hopper into each tray to ensure the eating of the meat chickens and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the material level sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.

3.Automatic nipple drinking system:

Component:Main part of the system:filter,pressure regulator,nipple drinking line,lifting and suspension system,electric shock system,water front system,etc.

Funcion:This main function is to deliver certain pressure water to drinking pipe,the water will flow out when automatically broilers touch the nipple,so as to meet the function of drinking water automatically.

Imported waterline:

1.waterline comes from European technics ,every nipple has to pass the tests before delivery,so it will never leak..

2.Nipple is easy to be dismounted and replaced.

3.It can meet the drinking requirement of chicken more appropriately.

Nipple drinking line system type:

1. Standard nipple drinking line (nipple: one is plastic for outer and stainless steel for the inner,another is stainless steel).

 

2.New design nipple drinking line.

 

4.Ventilation system: 

Component: fans and air inlet windows ( open houses also not use).

Advantage:In summer,fans can make temperature down quickly and let air inside and outside change,make chicken house in a suitable temperature to improve survival rate.In window,generally only use air inlet windows.

 Air inlet winow: Generally only use in closed chicken houses,now many customers also use in open houses,make inside air with outside air change,in short winter or summer.

Operation way: automatic control (motor) or manual control (manual winch).

 

5.Cooling pad system:

Advantages:Cooling pad -fan the longitudinal ventilation cooling combination is most economical and effective summer cooling combination of the hen house.

6.Automatic environment and power control system:

Have four sets:T607,T610,T616,MR6616 ,T series are imported from Israel.technology have advanced international level,on small environment control. 

Environmental control system advantages:

7.Spraying and disinfecting system:

Advantages:It effectively cools,humidifies,dedusts and disinfects the chicken house.

8.Poultry heating system:
