Wire rope guide rollers for wire straightener are made from original tungsten carbide material,due to its high wear resistance,transeverse rupture strength and 10-15 times service life than steel rollers,it is widly used in steel works for the mechanical descaling,straightenning and plattenning for entry wires and rod in reduction mills and improving the mechanical property of the cold rolled wire.

Tungsten carbide wire guiding rolls could be divided into V type,R type and U type according to the shape of the roller groove.tungsten carbide V type roller mainly are 90°,110°,120°,etc.tungsten carbide R type could R2.0mm to R25.0mm,the outer diameter are available from Φ1.0-Φ500.0mm.
