Material Description

 

Tubes and joints of the system are made of PP, Which has excellent chemical stableness, and is highly endurable to the corrosion and contamination of chemical agents;

 

The front cover is made of PC,Which is good at anti-erode,and anti-heating,high strength,and cann maintain the shape in high temperature(110℃)Smoke environment and has good transparence.

Joint:	High grade PP, to be 360° swiveled, dismantled and assembled easily for cleaning.
Guiding ring:	Low-friction treated rubber.
Center bolt:	304# stainless steel.
Adjustable joint knob:	High grade PP with a moded-in s/s bearing locking with center bolt.
Damper:	To manually adjust air flow with a knob.
Dome/cup hood:	High grade PP/PC.
Installation bracket:	Injection of plastics from a complete mold,mounting panel strongly conecting to the joint.

Installation method of universal extraction hood

1. According to the workplace and the installation position of indoor environment choose extraction hood, fixed at the top of a smallpox hole punch, use M8 expansion screws to fixed frame on the top
2. Inserted the expansion pipe fixed frame exhaust duct hole, use pipe hoop lock expansion pipe and the exhaust duct to screw decorative plate positioning
3. Tighten the gas-collecting hood
4. Connect exhaust outlet and exhaust system

 

The attention of extraction hood

1. Push and pull the gas-collecting hood don't too hard
2. Telescopic pipe with fixed frame in the vertical plane cannot exceed 90 degrees, otherwise rebound
3. Installation height, smallpox and inspiratory mouth maximum vertical distance 2440 mm, the minimum 1710 mm.
