1. The ink must warm up to suitable temperature before printing and the whole printing process should in suitable humidity


2. Keep print head moisture, check capping stations in case its ageing affects the
   tightness and nozzles turn dry


3. Move the ink to printing room a day before head to ensure the temperature is
   constant with indoor temperature
