Introduction:

     A two-step process which is fore spinning and then after-treatment process is normally applied to polyester staple fiber production line. ZZFJ complete set of polyester staple fiber equipment can produce cotton-type, colored fiber, profile staple fiber, fine denier fiber and high strength & low stretch fiber etc.

PSF AFTER-TREATMENT LINE LHV902 SERIES APPLICATION AND FEATURES

This series is used for the drawing, setting, crimpling, cutting and packing of polyester staple fiber to turn the raw fiber into practical fiber with certain strength and tension. The processes adopted in the series include two stages of high speed drawing through one water and one steam in sequences, crimping at high temperature, rotating wheel cutting, auto-weighing, double and lifting boxes hydraulic baler. It has such advantages as large capacity, short flow, a little equipment, high automation, low consumption of steam and oil, advanced process, which can produce various high-quality polyester staple fiber, and is fit for large-scale production, such as melt spinning, chips spinning and bottle flakes spinning.
