It is used for the efficient extrusion as well as continuous and short vulcanization of silicon-profiled bars such as silicon hose,composite silicon hose,silicon sealing strip and so on.The unique design of silicon extruder and successful application of feeding device have promoted production stability,reduced workers' dependence.The screw with high compression ratio and high length-diameter ratio has made extrusion compactness and mixing result much better.The extruded products have characteristics of smooth inside surface and outside surface,bubble-free,stable and unified dimensions.

 

Features

This kind of silicone rubber extruder adopts advanced screw with variable pitch and depth.The extruder can meet silicone rubber products requirement with synchronous opposite rotating feeding roll and new head.

Silicone rubber can be plasticized fully with high screw compression ratio.Filtering plate can improve uniformity and flow ability of material and decrease the impurities of silicone rubber material.
