Jet mill

Working principle:
The dried compressed air is sprayed into the grinding chamber through Laval jet nozzle, the materials are crashed at the intersection of airflow , the powdered materials enter into the built–in classifying area with uprising airflow, under the action of centrifugal force from classifying wheel and draught fan, the oversized powder is re-pulverized and the qualified powder is collected by the cyclone and bag filter.
Can be combined with multistage air classifier to get different particle size at one time, the particle size distributed region is very narrow and centralized.

Feature:
1. Superfine and uniform particle size and fineness can be D97=2micron.
2. Build-in turbo classifying wheel is free of over crushing.
3. No heat ,suitable for grinding heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials.
4. Free from impurity during processing.
5. No rotating device in grinding section, little abrasion and low noise.
6. Compact structure, easy installation and dismantlement
7. Heat-sensitive, inflammable and explosive materials can be ground with inert gases, which can be recycling use.
8. Controlled by PLC, automatic operation.

Application:
Chemicals, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, abrasives, non-metallic minerals, battery anode and cathode materials, talc, kaolin,quartz, graphite, flame retardant, ceramics, pigments and food additives, etc.
