1. Q: Can I get some samples? 

A: Yes, the samples we can provide but freight collect.

2.Q: How long can I expect the samples?

A:  If in stock, we will arrange for you within 3 days. If no stock, usually 3-7days to produce them.

3. Q: Can you accept small order?

A: Yes, we can accept trial orders, it is starting of business, but according to different products, the price maybe higher than normal order.

4. Q: Can I mix different models in one container?

 A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

5. Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control? 

A: Quality is priority. Every product will be fully assembled and carefully tested before it's packed for shipment.

6. Q: What about your payment terms?

A: T/T, 30% Deposit, 70% balance against the copy of the B/L.
