Machine Introduction:

The machine uses the relative high speed movement between the rotary Turbo blades plate and the fixed  blades plate to impact, grind and crush target materials. The size of powder can be achieved by changing screens with different mesh sizes. Under air blower vacuum air pressure, the crushed powder will be led and collected and discharged continuously through cyclone air locker, while dust will be led into dust collecting room and filtered by cylinder filters inside, the dust can be reused. The machine has the features of easy structure, solid, stable running and good efficiency with water cooling jacket.


The whole machine is made of stainless steel sus304 with smooth inside mirror polished walls to avoid powder accumulation on the inside walls. Those pharmaceutical, chemical and food stuff products from the machine are in accordance with national requirement, achieving GMP standard.
