Q: What is your MOQ?
There are different standard of MOQ for different goods. If you want to customize the size and shape of air filter, but your quantity is small, the price will be higher than the normal one. Because we give the quotation according to the cost of production.
Q: Do we have some free samples for testing or checking?
A: Yes, no more than tow pc of free sample available only. But the courier or shipping charge will be on customer account as per our company police.
Q: How long will be the lead time for samples and production?
A: Generally, it takes 3-4 days for sampling, and 2-3 weeks for production. As if volume order, pls check with our sales.
