Introduction

Xanthator is one of the most important machinery in VSF line. ZZFJ provides various reliable xanthators with oval cross-section in horizontal-setting or with circular cross-section in slant-setting. The volume can reach to 10-50m³ , which can meet the capacity requirements from 5,000t/y to 30,000t/y.

 

Product Feature

1. Double spiral stirrer with dry sulfonated method to achieve fast and uniform mixing without blind angle;

2. The inner tank surface of xanthator is applied lathe work, so that gap between stirrer and tank is uniform and inner surface is non-stick;

3. Double speed motor with reducer or reducer with overrunning clutch is applied to xanthator driven system to     achieve various rotating speed for better sulfonation.
