Minimal distance between cutting head top point and bottom to eliminate potential of Abbe error (a linear deviation combined with a lever arm; the longer the lever arm, the larger the Abbe error). Abbe error must be minimized to allow precision  production with YH cutting head

Fast Act on/off valve - a new high-speed, long-life, lightweight waterjet on/off valve.

Simple operation with  Weihong Control Software. Simply enter the type of material, its thickness, the desired surface quality and the software calculates and precisely controls all the movements of the cutting head.

3.Abrasive cutting system 

There are three main components: a metering valve, PASER  cutting head, and an abrasive bulk transfer.

Cutting head and orifice assembly

The Paser Shield is designed to help the operator keep a clean, efficient work area.

Dramatically reduces the spray present during normal cutting operations.

Designed primarily for abrasive waterjet cutting, but also helpful for pure waterjet cutting.

Flexible lower skirt easily passes over clamps and fixture.

The flexible skirt has been designed to allow viewing of the front of the cutting head during machine operation.

Metering valve

The metering valve functions as an air isolator, an on/off valve for abrasive, a meter for theamount of abrasive that travels to the cutting head and a water diverter. It is located next to the cutting head for maximum efficiency

Continuous-Fill feed system

The abrasive delivery hopper is a fabricated steel container that holds approximately 440 lbs. (200 kg.) of abrasive. Low-pressure compressed air transfers the abrasive to the cutting system through an abrasion-resistant hose.
