2) If machine have any problem after I receive it, how can I do ?

Free parts send to you in machine warranty period. If the part is less than 0.5KG, we pay the postage.

If it exceeds 0.5KG, you need to pay the postage.

3) Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
4) What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
