Crossover sub is made from AISI4145H chrome molybdenum alloy steel, whose chemical composition is strictly controlled. All connections are protected by a phosphate or copper surface coating to minimize galling. It can be divided into the following three types according to the specification and usage.
A: straight OD Subs: One OD for crossover sub.
B: reduced section subs: Two ODs for crossover sub.
C: left hand subs: left hand rotating for crossover sub thread.
