Temperature sensitive powder/thermochromic powder in printing paste:
Temperature sensitive powder/thermochromic powder in printing paste always choose transparent or white paste,OH value in 5-7 will be better.Not too acid or too alkaline,with temperature sensitive powder/thermochromic powder in preparation.
1. Proportion is 6-15%
2.Be careful in preparation process,it cannot use strong shear,use low speed stirring,mixed evenly.
3.Printing with screen mesh in 150 mesh,print two times.
4.After compound paste,try to spent it,do not store or storage time can not be too long.
