Product Application  (BAC Evaporative Condenser Coil)

- Whole body of condensing coil with frame are hot-dipped galvanized & Stainless Steel
   (good anti-corrosion and long lifetime).

- Special tube arrangement makes the coil much smarter and get more coil area in a fixed space.

- The tube is oval type (31.75×21.6×1.6mm) which is good for refrigerant flowing inside and good for
   water layer formatting on the tube surface so that to enhance heat-exchange.

    All tubes are tested at 2.5MPa air pressure.
3.Special oval tube ensure a better contacting of water on the outer surface of the tube.

Design & Features

OCEANBLUE Evaporative condenser use Oval type heat exchange tube,size 31.7*21.6mm,compare the DN25mm round tube,same length the surface more 10% than Round tube.Also the water contact tube Oval type better than Round type.Can see the bellow pictures.

The cross profile decreased then the velocity of medium in the tube comes faster.
(1) Decrease inner diameter of heat exchange tube wiith more compact tube arrangement can increase 65% of the heat exchange area in the same volume .
(2) Special oval tube ensure a better contacting of water on the outer surface of tubes .also can make the form tighter ,less filling rate of liquid and less air flow resistance.

(1)The coil section rejects heat through the fresh air evaporating ,on the other side is through the sensible heat effect of pre-cooled circulating spray water .
(2)Reducing the coils' evaporative cooling effect is helpful to reduce the possibility of the coils surface scaling
