Q1: How long is your lead-time?
A1: 30-45 days.
Q2: How will you deal with it if your disc injure people during usage?
A2: Injury to people due to poor product quality has not yet been reported by our customers in a recallable period of time. However, if any kind of such injury happened, there will be insurance company to pay for the accidents becasue our products have global coverage of insurance.
Q3: What is your payment terms?
A3: We normally accept 30% deposit by TT in advance, balance after receving BL copy. L/C is also acceptable. For more details, please contact us directly.
Q4: What's your MOQ?
