2.Q: How long is your machine’s guarantee time?
A: 1 year. Main parts is imported compressor from Europe, US and Japan, throttle components from Danfoss(Denmark) and Alco(US) electrical devices supplied from OMRON, FUJI, TE, LG, MOELLER and SCHNEIDER. Any quality issue, we will deal with it immediately.
3.Q: If we have very special request for the production, could you help me to do the design?
A: Quality first is the priority of our company,our product has passed CE, ISO9001, ROUS.
The price is negotiable. It can be changed according to your quantity or package. When you are making an inquiry, please let us know the quantity you want. We will give you the best price.
5.Q: What is the MOQ?
A: 1 Piece.
6.Q: Do you support OEM?
A: Welcome! You can send your own design of product and LOGO, we can open new mold and print or emboss any LOGO for you.
7.Q: What’s your payment terms?
