Q1. Are you original Mean Well Power Supply?
A: Yes, We sell 100% Genuine Mean Well. And there are 2 method to identify:
Method 1: The Original Brand Logo is 'Mean Well', not 'MiWi' 'MeanWell' or 'MingWei' etc.
Method 2: Each product has an unique Serial No. on it, which can be checked in Mean Well official website. (For more information, please contact our sales. )
Q2: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2 ~ 7 years warranty.
If the goods have quality problem during warranty period, we provide maintenance service.
If you have using problem, welcome to contact us for help.
Q3. Can I have a sample order firstly? What is your MOQ limit?
A: Yes, sample order is acceptable. And we do not have MOQ limit. Welcome to inquiry.
Q4. What about the lead time and shippment?
A: For common type like APV, LPV, HL, ELG, LRS, EDR, MDR series, we have enough stock. Sample Order can be delivered within 3 days, Bulk Order can be delivered within 3~7 days after payment, not common type need 10~35 days after payment, for detail lead time, please contact our sales.
For shipping, we often use DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT. And they take 3-5 days to arrive. For bulk order, we recommend to send goods by Air or by Sea to save your transportation cost.
Q5: What is your payment terms?
A: We accept pay via Bank Transfer, Paypal and Western Union.
For bulk order, if the lead time is long, we also accept 30% in advance, and 70% balance before shipping.
We also accept Trade Assurance online to get 100% guarantee for your orders.
