General Introduction
Generally Hot Feed Rubber Extruder is mainly applicable to shape extruding types of products. It has kinds of extruder heads for covering rubber of hose, electric wire and cable, also extruding types of tread, various different type rubber plate and board, and other rubber products.
The material of all screw shafts and liners is 38CrMoALA high-quality steel, the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and hardness HRC is 6065. Their resistance to wear and corrosion is very good.
