THE MOLD INTRODUCTION
The high polymer mold.
The high polymer mold is made by one kind of pvc,which is harder than the MDF/wood mold.and the life time is longer than the MDF mold. It is used for the forming machine .
The aluminum mold
The upper and the down aluminum mold is made of aluminum.it is used for the embossing machine.as the embossing machine pressure is hydraulic.so the high polymer/MDF mold is easy broken as the pressure is too high.

First,we need to prepare the hot melt gun,glass glue,knife,hot melt glue,glass glue gun.
