A: we are a manufacturer and we have 3 production bases and 3 R&D bases which are located in South China, Central China as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan respectively.

Q: What should I provide to get quotation at first? 

A: Sketch or detailed drawings would be better. If they are not available, you can send small sample pieces to us. And then our engineer will make detailed drawings for you according to your requirements like the uses, surface finish and lengths of aluminum profiles you need.

Q: How long does it take for samples and mass production?

Usually it will take 3 days for prototype and 7 days for mass production if we have original products. And it will need 7 days for prototype and 15 days for mass production if you they are new products. Negotiable for special cases.

Q: Do you have inspection procedures for profiles?

A:100% self-inspection before shipping.

Q. Can I have a sample order ?

A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality.

Q: How can you guarantee the production quality ?

A: We have nearly 20 years experience and have strictly quality control system in our production process. We have slef-inspection for each finished product before package. Third part inspection acceptable.
