Concentrating gold bonding wires from incinerated IC chips on one of our small shaker tables using only water (NO CHEMICALS!!)

The table did a great job recovering the free gold bonding wires. These wires are ~ 30-40 microns in thickness so they are very very fine.

How to Select Table of Ram Gold Recovery

  

Our jinshibao Ram Gold Recovery have THREE different deck designs available:

(1) The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles size from 0.5 mm to 2 mm;

(2) The fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.074 mm to 0.5 mm;

(3) The slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.05 mm to 0.074 mm.

Head Motion

6-S Ram Gold Recovery are furnished with a totally enclosed self-oiling head motion of heavy cast iron to contain an oil reservoir for perfect splash lubrication. This feature protects the moving parts, reducing operating and maintenance costs to a minimum.

Decks

The decks of Ram Gold Recovery are constructed of steel framework and covered 16mm fiberglass with corundum, this cover its strength reaches as high as 70% of steel, the features of this design are stronger, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and no distortion, it lengthens the working-life of machine and thus allows machine perform perfectly on different mineral and different weather condition. 

Feed and Water Box

For the jinshibao Ram Gold Recovery, A wooden feed distributing box with hopper and long water box are attached to the iron of the deck, giving a very even distribution of feed and water.

•  LCL: If the Ram Gold Recovery is shipped by bulk, it is always packed in steel frame.

When the quantity is one set, the Ram Gold Recovery is installed up and packed in steel frame inside and plywood outside.

When the quantity is more than 1 set, the Ram Gold Recoverys are not installed up and packed in steel frames separately.

 

 

 

•  FCL: If the Ram Gold Recovery is shipped in container, it will be loaded in the container as belows without installation.

The purpose why do not install up them is to save the volume. The volume of one set of installed up LS4500 Ram Gold Recovery is about 10 cubic meters.
