Portable Jig All-In-One Machine Wash Plant
This portable washing plant is widely used in washing minerals like Gold/Diamond/Coltan/Tin/Tungsten/Manganese and other heavy minerals.
-- It's not only work as a integral washing plant, but also can be disassembled to two machine work individually: TROMMEL SCREEN & JIG MACHINE.
-- Equipped with complete water system, include water pump, water spray and pipes, wash thoroughly for the minerals.
-- With feeding hopper, Mobile system with rubber wheels, easily move to anywhere.
-- If used for Gold processing, this machine also can be conjunction with Sluice Box and Shaking Table for a further concentration.

2.Jig separation: Model JT1-1,capacity of 1-5t/h, mobile type with rubber wheels,easily move to other places.

Jig Separator Machine Introduction
Jig concentration machine belongs to a type of energy-saving gravity separation equipment, which is developed according to the law of layer theory of jigger bed stratification, and on the basis of traditional jigger. Jig Separator Machine Application
JXSC jig machine is widely used in processing plant of tungsten, tin, gold, diamond, iron, titanium, iron, coltan, manganese, fluorite, chrome. It can also be used for recovery for alloy particles from manganese slag, chromites slag and stainless slag, etc.
100TPH Coltan Mining Plant Project in Uganda
1) JXSC designed flowchart and plant layout drawing based on the coltan mine site conditions.
2) JXSC supplied hopper, feeder, trommel scrubber, vibrating screen, slurry pump, jig separator, belt conveyor, spiral chute, cone crusher, shaking table.
3) JXSC Engineer Mr. Wen services at Uganda Coltan Project mine site based on customer's request.

Jig separator machine can be also used in the following applications:
1) To recover Finished Concentrate from ores in which the mineral grains are liberated. Recovery of minerals of various kinds that occur in Placer / Alluvial deposits, or decomposed rocks.
2) Recovery of minerals from primary/ hard rock ore, which can be liberated by crushing/ grinding process, i.e. (Diamonds, Color Gemstones, Manganese, Barite, fluorite, Gold & other precious metals, base metals, ferrous metals, light metals, coal) and heavy minerals of all kind.
3) Cobbling operation, to discard waste rock before final processing of the crude concentrate.
