2.Application:

1).Rubber strainer is mainly applied in the filering of natural and reclaimed rubber, and also appropriate for rubber manufacturers to strain the uppers and rubber materials of inner tubes.

2).The filter Rubber raw material enters the rolling mill to filter away impurities such as scrap iron, stones, etc.to ensure the safety of the roller of the rolling mill. In the process of rolling,the threshing of  the screw rod promotes the uniform plasticization of the rubber,and cool perservation by water can be adopted for stablizing the process.

3).Adopts hardened-gear speed reducer,which has a compacted structure with lower noise and higher transmission efficiency.

4).This rubber filter has double heads,which are in closing/opening type.
