Q : How do I pay for my purchase order?

A : T/T,L/C, or 30% deposit when confirm the order, 70% as balance before the container loading.

Q : How can I get sample and how long will it takes? 

A: Sample fee will be charged , but we will refund the sample cost after you place an order to us. It usually takes 7 days to produce a sample.

Q : What's the MOQ?

A: Our MOQ  is 100pcs  normally. For the first time 10-50pcs is acceptable.

Q :What's the delivery time?

A: It will take about 25days to finish the first  order. But 20-25 days for the repeat order.

Q : Can I have my own customized product?  A :Yes, your customized requirements for color, logo, design, package, carton mark, etc. are very welcome.

Q : Do you have quality control & do you have CE TUV ETL certification

A: Yes, all our goods are 100% inspection, we attach great importance to quality control and we have 3 internal inspections adopted,  including IQC(Incoming Quality Control), IPQC(Input Process Quality Control), OQC(Output Quality Control). Third party inspection is welcomed. All our adjustable desks are UL, CE,ROHS ,CTICK, CTUVUS, SAA, KC,BEFMA ,LVD approved.
