Hydraulic Press HF Heating Plywood Bending Machine 80T  

 

1.High frequency wood bending press applies high frequency generator to hydraulic press, by mould and electrode.

2.It transfers the high frequency power to the work piece to achieve the function of fast gluing and forming.

3.Be suitable for: bent plywood chair, bent or arc plywood for the furniture or bed or other bent plywood products like cloth hanger or surface of musical instrument.

1. Fast and uniformly heating.

2. Bending shape is stable, not easy to change delamination.

3. High frequency power is a selectively heating power, it concentrates only on water or glue, wood not consume High Frequency power, so HF heating is effective and power saving.

4. Wooden or MDF mould used, much ecnomic than metal mould if shape is frequently changed.
