RF Plywood Office Chair Bending Press Machine YX80-SA  applies high frequency generator to hydraulic press, by mould and electrode. It transfers the high frequency power to the work piece to achieve fast gluing and forming. Fit for curving plywood or solid wood for chair, skateboard, furniture, bed, cloth hanger, body of wooden musical instrument, etc.

 

Features:

1. Fast and uniform heating;

2. The bending shape is stable;

3. High frequency is a selectively heating power, it concentrates only on water or glue, wood does not consume High Frequency power, so HF heating is effective and power -saving.

4. Use Wooden or MDF mould, much more economic than metal mould if shape is frequently changed.
