Q1: Can I get a sample for quality testing?

A1: Of course yes, and we're totally agreed that a sample testing before order placed is neccessory. 
 

Q2: What's the lead time if I confirmed on the order?

A2: Normally 3-5days for the sample(s) and 15-25days for mass production.
 
Q3: What's your warranty policy?

A3: We provide 1-year warranty on all of our products, which means during the warranty period, we’ll replace or repair the defective items if with quality problems.

Q4: Which payment would be acceptable ?

A4: L/C, T/T, Paypal. But payment will be different for customers from different countries.
